From Friday, January 12th through Wednesday, January 31,2024, our 1F Water World Male and Female Changing Rooms will be undergoing renovations.
During this period, entry to the Water World during this period will be through a single entry and exit for both male and female guests.
「1F Water World」 facilities operational status will be adjusted：
1. The changing rooms will temporarily be unavailable, and not open for changing into swimsuits.
Guests are asked to please change into swimsuits en suite, and then proceed to the Water World to enjoy all the facilities.
2.During this period the showers will be unavailable, and not open for showering.
Guests are requested to shower in their rooms after they finish swimming, and there will be plentiful supplies of towels for drying off after swimming and to ensure you stay warm.
We apologize for any inconvenience during the maintenance. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Deposit Policy:
All reservations made require a 30% deposit of the total reservation amount. During weekends with adjoining holidays, a 50% deposit of the total amount will be required for any reservation during this period.
Cancellation Policy:
To avoid penalty, please inform the hotel of any reservation cancellations 14 days prior to the check-in date (local time).
Under Taiwanese regulations, fees will be charged, plus applicable taxes and fees, to your credit card in percentage to the total deposit of your stay as followings:
10-13 days: 30% of the deposit ;
7-9 days: 50% of the deposit ;
4-6 days: 60% of the deposit ;
2-3 days: 70% of the deposit ;
1 day before arrival: 80% of the deposit ;
same date on arrival: 100% of the deposit.
