4. Trash will be collected daily. Toilet paper and bottled waters are replenished daily based on consumption.
5. Disposable amenities, such as toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, soaps, tea bags, slippers, combs, shower caps, and shaver, are not available.
6. In case of modification of length of stay, or early check-out, the rate difference will not be refunded.
7. This special rate may not be applied to accommodation which is less or more than 15 days. Exceeding days will be charged at a regular walk-in rate.
8. Cooking、Smoking and pets in the room is forbidden.

The guest can cancel free of charge until 1 day before arrival.

The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel on the day of arrival.
