【Child Policy】

Two children under 5 years old (inclusive) are free when using existing beds.
Children aged 6 (inclusive) and above will be charged for using existing beds. Please contact hotel staff for details.

【Cancellation Policy】

The guest can cancel free of charge until 1 day before arrival.
The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel on the day of arrival.
In case of no-show the hotel will charge 100% of the first night as a penalty fee.
In the event of irresistible weather factors, such as typhoons, earthquakes and other natural disasters that cause traffic interruptions, cancellations can be made free of charge (subject to government announcements).
