【Cancellation Policy】

  • Once the booking has been made, the reservation cannot be modified or canceled. 

  • In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show the hotel will charge the full amount of the room rate as a penalty fee.

  • FunCoin that has been redeemed on a non-refundable booking will not be re-issued to your account.

  • For children aged 6 to 11 (inclusive): Use of the existing bedding is NT$300 per night (no extra bed provided, breakfast not included), with breakfast available at an additional cost of NT$100 per day.
  • For children aged 12 and above: Use of the existing bedding is NT$800 per night (no extra bed provided, breakfast not included), with breakfast available at an additional cost of NT$200 per day.
  • Additional fees for chargeable children will be confirmed on-site.

  • The services and free items can not accumulate, exchange, redeem cash or rescheduled.

    ▲Cancellation Policy：

  • The guest can cancel free of charge until 1 day before arrival.
  • The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel on the day of arrival.
  • In case of no-show the hotel will charge 100% of the first night as a penalty fee.
