【Child Policy】
- Please note that some room types do not allow children to stay.
- Two children aged 5 or under can stay for free using the existing bed.
- For children aged 6-11, an additional charge of 300 NTD per night will apply for using the existing bed.
- For children aged 12 or older, an additional charge of 800 NTD per night will apply for using the existing bed.
- Children who need to pay will be charged after the actual amount is confirmed on site.
【Remarks】
- This special offer can not combine with other special offer.
- The services and free items can not accumulate, exchange, redeem cash or rescheduled.
- The hotel reserves the right to modify and change. If there are unfinished matters, the hotel's on-site announcement will be the main one without prior notice.
【Cancellation Policy】
- The guest can cancel free of charge until 1 day before arrival.
- The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel on the day of arrival.
- In case of no-show the hotel will charge 100% of the first night as a penalty fee.
- In the event of irresistible weather factors, such as typhoons, earthquakes and other natural disasters that cause traffic interruptions, cancellations can be made free of charge (subject to government announcements).
