Rules : 

1. Check-in time: from 3:00 pm (If you arrive early, you can store your luggage for free)
2. Check-out time: before 12:00 noon(If you need to check out late, please ask when you check in, the one-hour delay is NT$300)
3. Every guest is required to provide identification documents to check in (identity card or passport)
4. The hotel is completely non-smoking. If smoking is found, it will be reported according to the Taiwanese Law. A fine of NT$2,000~10,000 will be imposed, and a special cleaning fee of NT$3,000 will be paid each time.
5. If there is vomiting, excessive filth in the room, spilled wine causing damage to the equipment, or creating other filth that damages the hotel equipment or requires service staff to perform additional cleaning, etc., a special room cleaning fee will be required NT$3,000.
6. Breakfast is not provided in the whole hotel.
7. For reservations book on Hinoen's official website, the full amount of the room rate (or a 30% deposit) must be paid with a credit card when making a reservation in advance. (varies according to plan)
8. We cannot accommodate minors under the age of 18 to stay alone.
9. If you bring children over 6 years old (inclusive) and exceed the maximum occupancy of the room, you will need to pay an additional NT$300 per night.
10. No pets allowed. (Accept guide dogs)
11. The rooms come with a fixed number of towels. Double rooms provide 2 large towels and 2 small towels. Triple rooms provide 3 large towels and 3 small towels. If travelers have additional needs to rent towels, large towels are NT$50/piece. Small towels are NT$30/piece, and a set (large + small) is NT$80

Cancellation rules:

1. Free cancellation is available three days before check-in, and one night's room fee will be charged as a cancellation fee for cancellations within three days.
2. No show (no check-in as scheduled), one night's room fee will be charged as liquidated damages.
3. Within three days of the check-in date, in case of natural disasters, free cancellation is available.
4. Within three days of the check-in date, in case of emergency (aircraft grounding, sickness), you can cancel for free after providing proof.

Hotel equipment introduction:

1. Independent cooling/heating air conditioner (can be set freely in the room)
2. Free use of washing and drying machines
3. Free coffee in the lobby
4. No parking lot provided
5. No baby supplies such as cribs are provided
